الانتساب إلى جمعية مدققي الحسابات القانونيين الفلسطينية ليس مجرد إجراء إداري بل هو بوابة الانضمام إلى نخبة مهنية تلتزم بأعلى معايير النزاهة والاحتراف.

وفقًا لقانون مزاولة مهنة تدقيق الحسابات رقم (9) لسنة 2004، يتولّى مجلس مهنة تدقيق الحسابات منح رخص مزاولة المهنة ويُعتبر الانتساب للجمعية إلزاميًا لكل مرخّص، حيث لا يجوز ممارسة المهنة إلا بعد الحصول على إذن مزاولة تمنحه الجمعية.

شروط العضوية الأساسية:

• أن يكون العضو فلسطيني الجنسية ويتمتع بالأهلية الكاملة.
• حسن السمعة والسيرة والسلوك.
• ألّا يكون قد صدر بحقه حكم في جريمة مخلة بالشرف أو الأمانة، ما لم يُرد إليه اعتباره.
• العضوية الفخرية تُمنح بقرار من مجلس إدارة الجمعية تقديرًا للإنجازات المميزة.

بهذا النظام الصارم والشفاف تتحوّل العضوية في الجمعية إلى شهادة ثقة ومصداقية وتبقى الجمعية الحارس الأمين لمهنة التدقيق في فلسطين، تضمن تحقيق شرط التفرغ لمزاولة المهنة وذلك التزاماً بالقانون وتفتح الطريق أمام أعضائها ليكونوا جزءاً من منظومة مهنية رائدة.

Membership Requirements

Joining the Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants is not merely an administrative step—it is the gateway to becoming part of an elite professional community committed to the highest standards of integrity and excellence.

In accordance with the Auditing Profession Law No. (9) of 2004, the Auditing Profession Council grants licenses to practice. Membership in PACPA is mandatory for all licensed auditors, and no one may practice the profession without obtaining a practice permit issued by PACPA.

Core Membership Requirements:

• Must be of Palestinian nationality and enjoy full legal capacity.
• Demonstrate good reputation, conduct, and character.
• Must not have been convicted of a crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, unless legally rehabilitated.
• Honorary membership may be granted by decision of PACPA’s Board of Directors in recognition of distinguished achievements.
