أكثر من 30 مدققًا يشاركون في دورة متخصصة برام الله ضمن خطة الجمعية لتطوير الكفاءات المهنية ومواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل

رام الله | 05-08-2026 في إطار جهودها المستمرة للارتقاء بمهنة التدقيق وتعزيز كفاءة ممارسيها، نفذت جمعية مدققي الحسابات القانونيين الفلسطينية دورة تدريبية متخصصة بعنوان "المهارات السلوكية والإدارية لمدققي الحسابات"، بمشاركة أكثر من 30 مدققًا ومدققة من أعضاء الهيئة العامة، وذلك ضمن سلسلة البرامج المهنية التي تنفذها الجمعية لتطوير رأس المال البشري في قطاع التدقيق.

وأكدت الجمعية أن بناء مدقق حسابات ناجح في المرحلة الحالية لم يعد يقتصر على الإلمام بالمعايير المهنية والفنية، بل يتطلب امتلاك مهارات قيادية وإدارية وسلوكية تسهم في رفع جودة الأداء، وتعزيز الثقة مع العملاء، وتمكين مكاتب التدقيق من مواكبة التحولات المتسارعة في بيئة الأعمال.
وتضمن البرنامج التدريبي محاور عملية متقدمة ركزت على تنمية المهارات السلوكية والإدارية، وإدارة مكاتب وشركات التدقيق، والتواصل المهني الفعال، وإدارة الوقت، وتنظيم الاجتماعات، وإدارة الملفات وتوزيع المهام، إضافة إلى تطبيق أفضل ممارسات ضمان الجودة والحفاظ على السرية المهنية.
كما تناولت الدورة أساليب اكتشاف مؤشرات الاحتيال من منظور المدقق القانوني، وآليات التعامل مع حالات الاشتباه، واستعراض نماذج واقعية وتطبيقات عملية تحاكي التحديات التي تواجه المدققين أثناء أداء مهامهم، إلى جانب مناقشة سبل استدامة مكاتب التدقيق وبناء علاقات مهنية طويلة الأمد قائمة على الثقة والكفاءة.
وقدمت البرنامج الخبيرة في التدريب المالي والإداري أمل جاد الله، التي تمتلك خبرة واسعة في إعداد وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة، حيث اعتمدت أسلوبًا تدريبيًا تفاعليًا جمع بين الطرح العلمي والتطبيق العملي، ما أتاح للمشاركين تبادل الخبرات ومناقشة تجارب واقعية تعزز قدرتهم على التعامل مع مختلف المواقف المهنية.
وشهدت الدورة تفاعلًا كبيرًا من المشاركين، الذين أكدوا أهمية الموضوعات المطروحة وانعكاسها المباشر على تطوير أدائهم المهني ورفع كفاءة إدارة أعمالهم، في ظل المتغيرات المتسارعة التي يشهدها قطاع التدقيق محليًا ودوليًا.
وأوضحت الجمعية أن هذه الدورة تأتي ضمن خطة تدريبية متكاملة تستهدف الاستثمار في الكفاءات المهنية، وترسيخ ثقافة التطوير المستمر، ورفع مستوى الممارسة المهنية بما ينسجم مع أفضل المعايير الدولية، مؤكدة أنها ستعيد تنفيذ البرنامج خلال الفترة المقبلة في محافظات شمال وجنوب الضفة الغربية لإتاحة الفرصة أمام عدد أكبر من أعضاء الهيئة العامة للاستفادة من محتواه.

Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants Enhances Auditors’ Readiness with a Specialized Program in Behavioral and Managerial Skills

Over 30 auditors take part in a specialized course in Ramallah as part of the Association’s plan to develop professional competencies and meet labor market demands.

Ramallah | 05-08-2026 — As part of its ongoing efforts to advance the auditing profession and strengthen practitioners’ capabilities, the Palestinian Association of Certified Public Accountants organized a specialized training course titled “Behavioral and Managerial Skills for Auditors”. More than 30 male and female auditors from the Association’s General Assembly participated, within a series of professional programs aimed at developing human capital in the auditing sector.

The Association emphasized that building a successful auditor today goes beyond mastering professional and technical standards. It requires leadership, managerial, and behavioral skills that improve performance quality, foster client trust, and enable auditing firms to keep pace with rapid transformations in the business environment.

The training program covered advanced practical modules focusing on behavioral and managerial skill development, auditing firm management, effective professional communication, time management, meeting organization, file management, task distribution, as well as applying best practices in quality assurance and maintaining professional confidentiality.

The course also addressed methods for detecting fraud indicators from the auditor’s perspective, mechanisms for handling suspected cases, and reviewed real-world models and practical applications simulating challenges auditors face in their work. Discussions also explored strategies for sustaining auditing firms and building long-term professional relationships based on trust and competence.

The program was delivered by financial and administrative training expert Amal Jadallah, who has extensive experience in designing and implementing specialized training programs. She adopted an interactive training approach that combined scientific presentation with practical application, allowing participants to exchange expertise and discuss real-life experiences that enhance their ability to handle diverse professional situations.

The course witnessed strong engagement from participants, who highlighted the importance of the topics presented and their direct impact on improving professional performance and strengthening business management in light of the fast-paced changes affecting the auditing sector locally and internationally.

The Association explained that this course is part of a comprehensive training plan aimed at investing in professional competencies, instilling a culture of continuous development, and elevating professional practice in line with international standards. It confirmed that the program will be reimplemented in the coming period across the northern and southern West Bank to allow more members of the General Assembly to benefit from its content.

The Association concluded by expressing gratitude to trainer Amal Jadallah for her distinguished delivery of the program, and to the participants for their active involvement and commitment to enhancing their knowledge and skills.
